Mozilla will sich im Kampf um Browser-Marktanteile anscheinend auch auf die Browser für Mobile Geräte konzentrieren.
In einem Interview mit Gigaom verriet Mozilla CEO John Lilly, dass Mozilla an einer Firefox-App arbeite, welche in den nächsten Wochen an die AppStore Prüfstelle gesendet werden soll. Er ist überzeugt, dass diese App die Nutzer überraschen wird.
“Mozilla will release an app to the iPhone app store in the next few weeks. It’ll surprise people.”
